Terms & Conditions
  • A voucher will be emailed to you when you have completed your booking. You must BRING THIS WITH YOU on the day and time of your booking – either by printing it out or showing it to us on an electronic device.

  • The tickets you purchase can ONLY be used for the cave you have chosen, on the day and time you have stipulated. They are NOT transferable.

  • The time shown is the time your Santa Experience will start, so please do not be late! We suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand. Please be advised that there are no toilets underground!

  • If you arrive late, you will MISS your booked time slot. We cannot guarantee you will have access after this time.

  • We will make every effort to open as advertised. However, due to the time of year, the weather conditions may make this impossible! A full refund will only be made if WE are unable to open. We are unable to transfer your booking to another day.

  • No refunds will be offered for any other reason.

  • The tickets can NOT be transferred, so please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with your payment.

  • Children must be accompanied by a paying person 18 years of age or over at all times when on site.

  • Whilst we will try to ensure your Santa Experience starts at the time you have booked, we cannot guarantee this will happen.

  • Access is strictly limited in certain areas of the site - persons with impaired mobility should contact us directly to discuss their requirements before booking their ticket.

  • Due to the unpredictability of nature, we reserve the right to withdraw any attraction without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission.

  • Dogs are NOT allowed within the attraction during our Santa opening times.

  • Please note pushchairs can NOT be taken underground.
